Yes. Go to your account, choose Manage billing and cancel. You keep downloading until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and you won’t be charged again.
Yes. Any pattern you downloaded while you were a member is yours to keep using for your own projects.
There isn’t one. Enter your email on the log in page and we’ll send you a link that logs you straight in. The link works for 15 minutes and only once.
Yes, anytime from Manage billing in your account. Stripe works out the difference for you.
Not at all. Every premium pattern can be bought on its own, no account needed. Premium is just the better deal if you make a few a month.
If we ever change the price, we’ll email you at least 30 days before it affects you, so you can decide what to do.
